Dr. Adams has over 15 years experience in emergency and occupational medicine; most recently as Director of Occupational Medicine and Toxicology, U.S. HealthWorks Preventive Services Division. Prior to that, he served as Staff Physician, Health Assistance Program for Personnel in Industry at the St. Francis Medical Center, Pittsburgh, and as Assistant Medical Director, Consolidated Coal Company.

Dr. Adams is board certified in both Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine. He did his undergraduate work at Washington and Lee University and attained his M.D. Degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He has a Masters in Public Health from University of Pittsburgh.
He is currently founder and President of Occupational Medicine and Toxicology as well as a member of Workplace Health, LLC.
