Prior to joining Workplace Group, Michele Alexander served as the sole Clinical Audiologist and Office Manager, in an Atlanta-based ENT office. There she serviced the pediatric to geriatric populations. Her experiences have included: hearing evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fitting and dispensing, hearing aid repairs, assisted listening device dispensing, ABRs, infant hearing screenings, local health fair screenings, annual hearing screenings, ENGs, and pediatric CAPD testing. In addition, she has previously worked as a VA trainee and Clinical Audiologist in the hospital setting.

Ms. Alexander was co-manager of the mobile hearing unit that serviced the geriatric population statewide. Her responsibilities included: performing hearing evaluations (when needed), training technicians on how to test, reviewing results, writing result letters, providing phone consultations to patients and their families, as well as providing complimentary in-services to interested facilities. She also worked with the Georgia Lions’ Lighthouse Foundation as a dispensing Audiologist.
