Mr. Finney has over twenty-five years of experience in implementation and development of industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental health programs, most of which were EPA or OSHA driven. Positions held have included fieldwork and/or program management in public health, private industry, U.S. Department of Defense contracting, and consulting. |

He has conducted industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring surveys in a wide range of industrial settings and institutions, and conducted training required for programs such as hazard communication, hearing conservation, confined space entry, respiratory protection, and SARA reporting. Experience has included preparation of product MSDS for various clients, and conducting risk assessments using established system safety techniques. He has participated in numerous health, safety and environmental site audits, including regulatory and VPP audits. He has conducted RCRA, NPDES, and air emissions permitting. Mr. Finney has extensive experience in indoor air quality investigations, and is a member of the ASTM Indoor Air Subcommittee.
