2008 training schedule
Effective as of January 1, 2002, OSHA has revised the 29 CFR 1904 OSHA recordkeeping standard on injuries and illnesses. This OSHA Recordkeeping Injury and Illness course will cover:

A comparison of the changes of injury/illness recording criteria as compared to the old recordkeeping standard.
An extensive review of the new 29 CFR 1904 OSHA recordkeeping standard.
A review and class exercise on completing the new recordkeeping forms: OSHA 300 Form; OSHA 301 Form; OSHA 300A Form.

Materials Provided
Attendees receive a three-ring binder containing the revised 29 CFR 1904 OSHA Recordkeeping standard, all OSHA forms, and reference material discussed in class.

1/2 day (1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. )
